2023 was painful. 2023 was joyful. 👇

This year had some mighty highs and some deep lows.

I had more self-growth than ever before. I also battled major challenges that caused a lot of anguish. 

My business significantly increased. I also went through extreme frustration to pull that off. 

At times, I felt like the greatest father, and at other moments, I felt like a horrible dad.

I lost 20 pounds of fat! I also had to radically cut my alcohol and sugar consumption to do it.

I’m a colossal failure. I’m a riveting success.

I sucked. I won.

This year was a rollercoaster.

2023 was lit. 🔥
