I said, ”I do focus on...”
He said, ”no, not revenue-producing!”
*This exchange went back and forth for a good 2 minutes.
Here's what I learned that day...
If you can't immediately identify what business activities you're doing that bring in revenue, you will have a hard time growing your company.
Get focused, and spend time on stuff that matters!
