My youngest son helped me launch a movement.

From January - July in 2019, I set up a mock workshop in my house.

My only audience members: my son and his stuffed bear.

I'd give my workshop to the two of them for hours every day.

Thinking to myself, one day, it won't just be to my boy and his bear but to audiences all over the world.

For 7 months, no one but these two cared. No one. Not a single company.

Then something changed. In August of 2019, I gave my first paid speech.

Today, I get so many speaking requests that I have to turn 75% of them down.

Never underestimate the power of 1 human being who believes in you.
