When used with intentionality and specific strategy, social media is a business tool that will radically help your organization.

However, there are a lot of bs'ers on social media. Whenever a fool on LinkedIn or Facebook is trying to give me advice, and they are painting the picture that they're King Kong, I simply say, "show me your P&L statement.” They immediately recoil.

Not everyone on social media is winning in business. Don't let anyone fool you. Most of the time, when social media hits reality, it stinks!
