"What are you about?"  Don’t just tell me one of your values; paint a picture through a brief story. 

Here, I’ll go first.  One of my business values is flexibility.  I do everything I can to be flexible for my clients.  I know they live busy lives, so this is a way that I can go above and beyond.  I learned how to serve my clients with flexibility by watching my mom (growing up) deliver value to her clients.  She wanted to “wow” them in a big way and do everything she could to customize their experience.  I’m so thankful she instilled this in me.  This is why I have flexibility as one of my core values.
