☕️  The corporate culture at Starbucks was formed from an inspirational story that Howard Schultz continually shared early on in his career.

He would often tell team members of his significant financial struggles growing up and how challenging it was for him.

These stories empowered the company to do everything they could to develop and invest in their people.

Schultz did not want any team members to go through what he did early on, so he fought to offer them competitive benefits, pay, and opportunities.

Without remembering, sharing, and learning from Howard Schultz’s personal story, Starbucks would be a radically different company.
