I usually don't make political posts, so cut me some slack...
But our 8th President, Martin Van Buren, is someone we can all learn from. He was the first president in U.S. history to create a bit of a content machine (in-person speeches back then).
He set up a system that supported his objectives and worked it relentlessly.
We can do something similar here on LinkedIn. Don't just post willy-nilly with no strategy (that's what 99.9% of content creators do here on LI), but create a systematic approach.
What does that look like?
➡️ Capture business experiences and share the stories on LinkedIn.
➡️ Copy and paste those stories into a document for later use. If the story works (meaning you get good engagement), recycle it in 6-9 months.
➡️ Consistently work your content machine. Everyone knows there are 365 days a year, so if you post once a day, you know the exact number you have to hit.
👆 Do this, and your business won’t even look the same in a year.
Thank you, Martin Van Buren!
