Wanna gain more attention? Tout your big wiener. ๐
During the Great Depression, when things looked grim, the “Wienermobile” was launched and soon became a national icon.
Six Wienermobiles operated throughout the United States. The driver was called “The Hotdogger.”
The Hotdogger's job was to "meat" and greet people nationwide.
But that wasn't the only genius thing Oscar Mayer did for name recognition.
They created their own song.
The jingle became so loved that it was requested multiple times on the radio!
So, what are you doing with your marketing to stand out?

Oh, I'd love to be an Oscar Mayer wiener.
That is what I'd truly like to be.
'Cause if I were an Oscar Mayer wiener,
Everyone would be in love with me.
Oh, I'm glad I'm not an Oscar Mayer wiener.
That is what I'd never want to be.
Cause if I were an Oscar Mayer wiener.
There would soon be nothing left of me!
Oh, I'd love to be an Oscar Mayer wiener.
Oooh~ oooh~
Everyone would be in love with me!
P.S. This picture was taken at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Detroit. I went there after conducting a strategic storytelling workshop in that area.
